Website Redesign
I helped redesign and rebuild the Cardinal Financial website as part of a cross-functional team of designers, writers, and engineers. My role combined technical project management with hands-on architecture, translating business and UX requirements into scalable solutions. I led the Loan Officer ecosystem, including profile pages, the “Find a Loan Officer” search, and the landing page framework used by originators nationwide.
Free Rate Quote
I built a free rate quote form with a decision-based flow that dynamically adjusted questions based on user responses to reduce friction and increase completion rates. Submissions were routed through a single universal API endpoint integrated with multiple CRMs. Using the strategy pattern, each intake type shared the same interface while maintaining its own routing logic, keeping the architecture clean and scalable.
